These workshops provide comprehensive pathways for developing impactful Public-Private Partnerships, tailored to the time available and the needs of participants. Participants engage in Stakeholder Alignment Exercises to define shared goals, followed by Innovation Brainstorming to explore collaborative solutions. The one-day workshop hones in on defining key priorities and quick wins for immediate impact. In two-day sessions, Risk and Benefit Analysis and Resource Sharing Workshops provide a comprehensive plan for balanced, mutually beneficial partnerships. For the three-day version, additional sessions on Long-Term Collaboration Design and P3 Strategy Blueprinting help participants map out resilient, strategic partnerships.
