The Inter-Municipal Collaboration Workshop series is designed to enhance cooperation between neighboring municipalities. This workshop employs Collaborative Resource Mapping and Shared Vision Development to align objectives across borders. In the one-day workshop, participants engage in Trust-Building Exercises and set the stage for productive relationships. Two-day sessions focus on Joint Project Planning and Conflict Resolution Strategies to foster strong ties between municipalities. The three-day option provides additional sessions for Long-Term Visioning and Resource Sharing Agreements, ensuring a framework for sustained inter-municipal cooperation.
